Lindsay Lohan Wants Restraining Order On Her Father ASAP0 comments

Lindsay Lohan is fed up with her father, Michael’s lunatic rants about her and now she is taking legal action. The actress says that her deadbeat father is using her for publicity. Recently Lindsay contacted her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, and requested an immediate restraining order against Michael Lohan. She is clearly fed up with his rantings on national television and to tabloids about her alleged drug use, and she is clearly offended that he made claims that she is a sad hallow person and that she is going to die, in addition to all the other “bad” things he has to say about his daughter.
Holley is currently working on putting a case together against Michael and will decide which legal actions makes the most sense.
