Apparently Jesse James is fed up with hearing his ex-wife talk out about his current wife Sandra Bullock, Jesse’s message to Janine Lindemulder is to; “Leave my wife Sandra Bullock out of the custody dispute.”
The ‘Monster Garage’ chopper builder made the statement following a ‘Good Morning America’ when Lindemulder suggested that Bullock was trying to “take away my daughter”, and called Bullock out to speak with her directly.
A lawyer for James, Marilyn Slifman, stated that the remarks made by the porn star are, “inaccurate and unfortunate.” Slifman went on to explain, “Sandra Bullock is not a party to this litigation, Mr. James’s sole concern is for the safety, welfare and best interests of his daughter. The proper forum to resolve this case is in the courtroom.”
So once again Lindemulder made a mistake and dug herself into a deeper hole. If anything the letter submitted to the courts from Bullock was just a witness statement for the case, and I am sure that Lindemuler has an attorney that informed her she couldn’t speak to the witnesses in the case. Of course with a track record like Lindemulder has, it proves she doesn’t conform well to laws, rules, or guidelines. I hope that her lawyer was smart enough to enroll, Lindemuler, into some parenting classes for the sake of this case.
